Ordering over the phone
We encourage you call to discuss your requirements so we can make sure you have chosen the best products or we can recommend a solution for you if you haven't decided yet.
Ordering by fax and email
If ordering by fax or email we prefer a purchase order but we are also happy to simply receive a list of the products you require just remember to include the following information:
- Invoice address
- Delivery address
- Special delivery instructions, e.g. Pre 12, tail-lift etc.
- Phone number for delivery
- Your contact details
Online ordering is currently only available to trade customers as in the past we have discovered that people often tried to order incompatible equipment - so we now prefer customers to contact us to discuss requirements first and so we can advise on suitability if required.
Ordering by visiting our showroom and trade counter
Customers are most welcome to visit and see the range of goods we stock, to discuss requirements or pick up an order. Please ring first to fix an appointment if interested in visiting, particularly if travelling any distance to be sure we have a selection of what you want or that someone will be free to help with advice.
Opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Paying by debit or credit card
Visa, Mastercard, or Switch. We will need to know your:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- 3 digit security number (on the back of the card)
- Cardholders name
- Statement address
Please note delivery can only be made to the card holders statement address.
Paying by bank transfer

Paying by cheque
Please make cheques payable to: Wind & Sun Ltd. Cheques must be cleared before the order is sent - this can take up to 10 days.

Whilst every effort will be made to hold listed prices, these are based on current manufacturer's prices, exchange rates and costs of materials. Wind & Sun Ltd reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
If the price of something you have ordered has changed we will contact you for instructions. Orders can only be accepted based on prices ruling on the day of quotation or despatch. All products listed are also liable to change in specification or availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
Despatch of orders
We hold large stocks of all the most popular items and try to provide a fast delivery service. If you need something for a particular date please say so and we will do our best to achieve this. It is not always possible to despatch your order the same day. Ordering ahead will help us and you. We aim to provide a next-day delivery service where possible, but in order to do this need to receive orders and (if appropriate) receive payment prior to 14.00.
Out of stock items may be sent later and likely delivery times will be notified.
Please indicate if any special delivery arrangements are required. We need to have a delivery address where someone is present during work hours who can accept and sign for the delivery. For larger items suitable access and off-loading equipment may be required.
Due to the size of PV panels, these are sent on pallets with typical delivery cost of ~ £100.00 + Vat (for up to 33 panels). In addition we have experienced high rates of damage for single panels sent this way. Consequently PV panels are generally only available for collection or quantities greater than one.
All prices quoted on our website are exclusive of any carriage charge unless otherwise indicated. Delivery is charged at cost and we try to find the most economical, reliable and efficient delivery method.
Please enquire for shipping costs. Orders must be prepaid (in £ Sterling) by Bank Transfer.
Customers from outside the UK pay the ex-VAT prices.
Local import duties or VAT may be applicable upon delivery dependent upon destination country.
We try and re-duce, re-use and re-cycle packaging as much as possible - whilst still ensuring that all products reach their destination in good condition. We are happy to accept back any packaging for re-use or re-cycling.
We hope all products will prove to be reliable and satisfying, however, problems sometimes occur.
All products supplied will be guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. Many products have additional manufacturer warranties. If you have any issues with products we have supplied please contact us and we can help to rectify the problem and with any warranty claim if required in order to obtain repairs or replacements as speedily as possible.
Please note that warranties do not cover damage or malfunctions caused by failure to follow installation, operation or maintenance instructions, unauthorised repair, abuse or misuse.
Please keep a copy of your original sales invoice to verify any warranty claims. In case of any problem, please call us first for advice or to notify us if anything needs to be returned.
