Introduction
These Swiss sinewave inverters
are powerful and reliable enabling any 230Vac equipment (up to the
nominal power of the selected inverter) to be operated from a battery. They deliver high output rates
with top efficiency whilst having a low standby power draw.
They use
advanced technology with processor control, toroidal transformer and
MOSFET power stage to give a harmonic true sine wave 230Vac output with
power equal to that of the grid.
All standard appliances including sensitive
equipment such as computers, radio, audio and satellite equipment can be powered without
interference.
The AJ
series inverters are ideal for smaller applications and include
battery cables and AC output cable.
Larger SI units have high overload capability (up to
300%) so even big motors and fridges can be started. Battery
cables are included, AC output via terminal rail.

Protection
The units automatically
shut down if any of the
above occur, then the inverter tries to restart three times. If the fault is not removed
the inverters switch off. LED indicators show the fault condition and re-start is then by
reset switch.

Compact
Series Inverter/Chargers

This range of
combined sinewave inverters/battery chargers from are
powerful, efficient & reliable. They use advanced technology
with microprocessor control, torodial transformer and MOSFET power stage
to give a harmonic true sinewave 230Vac output with power quality equal
to the grid.
Clean
sinewave output enables all standard appliances including sensitive
equipment such as computers, radio, audio and satellite equipment can be
powered without interference. They have high overload capability, so even big motors and fridges can
started, combined with low standby power draw for constant
connection.
When supplied
with generator or grid power they operate as powerful battery chargers
making them ideal for use in back-up power or generator systems.
They are extremely quiet and easy to use with fully automatic functions.

inverters switch off and wait until the battery is recharged or inverter
cooled down before automatically restarting.

Three types of inverters are included in
the range with different models for different battery voltages.
Features of Compact Series
Inverter
Extremely quiet and clean sinewave output. Powerful, reliable and
efficient.
Transfer
System
When the Compact is connected to an
AC source such as grid or generator if changes the load to the AC
source (15A transfer relay). If AC power fails it switches back to inverter.
Switching time is <20ms.
Battery
Charger
Built-in powerful adjustable 4 stage battery chargers are deigned
to charge the batteries quickly and completely. For vented or gel type batteries.
Relay Contacts
Includes a 16A voltage free contact. This can be programmed
according to battery levels to operate alarms, disconnect and re-connect
loads or provide a signal to start and stop a generator.
Standby
Standby
(sleep) mode ensures that minimum energy is needed when all loads are
switched off.
Display
An easy and comprehensive LED display unit at the front of the compact
gives a visual indication of it's operating mode. LED bar graphs
show power supplied by the inverter or battery charge current, output
& input status indicators, alarm LED's & audible alarm.
This display unit is available as an optional remote control supplied
with 25m cable.
