BYD Energy announced the official release of the BYD App and system firmware update for its residential energy storage portfolio. The update introduces a new range of features, performance improvements, and system enhancements designed to improve user experience and system functionality across its products.
Important: Existing single-phase installations: These systems should be reviewed and updated to ensure compatibility with the latest software enhancements and functionality. We encourage all installers to communicate this update to end customers as soon as possible and ensure that affected customers are informed of the upgrade requirements.
