SoliTek
From Solar Cell to Solar Panels
SoliTek is a European producer of innovative clean technology focused on smart energy storage systems and solar solutions. SoliTek designs and produces all its systems in Vilnius, Lithuania, using 100% renewable energy. As part of the innovative BOD Group cluster, a leader in technology development since 1998, SoliTek combines decades of expertise with cutting-edge energy solutions.
Their solar panels are engineered for unmatched durability and environmental performance. All panels are double-glass, frameless or framed, built to last up to 50 years, and come with a 30-year product warranty. They are produced using 100% green energy and are Cradle to Cradle GOLD certified – making SoliTek the only solar manufacturer in the world with this level of circularity certification. Their modules are 98.8% recyclable, resistant to extreme conditions, and feature a self-cleaning effect, setting them apart in both performance and sustainability. In 2022, SoliTek achieved carbon neutrality, offsetting more CO₂ than was emitted during its production process.
Certified for quality, durability, and environmental impact, SoliTek delivers energy technology that is intelligent, safe, and built to last – ethically manufactured in the EU.
The Greenest PV Manufacturing In The World
Sustainable, Zero-Emission Manufacturing
Powered by 100% renewable energy Solitek's production line operates entirely on solar and geothermal energy, making it one of the most sustainable solar factories in the world.
Zero-Emission Production Line
SoliTek is committed to an environmentally friendly manufacturing process with a net-zero emissions approach, reducing their carbon footprint at every stage.
First and Only in the World certified by the prestigious Sustainability Award
For maintaining the highest industry sustainability standards, SoliTek solar panels are the first and only awarded with the Cradle to Cradle GOLD certification.
In 2013, their solar module factory building L.I.G.H.T WING in Vilnius was selected by the German Chamber of Commerce as the most energy efficient industrial building in Europe. Most of the building's energy needs are met by SoliTek's solar and geothermal heating and cooling system, which consists of a 1.5 MW geothermal plant and a 150 kW solar power plant.
The Innovation and Business Centre (IVC), SoliTek's second headquarters, is a 32,000 square metre industrial building that generates all the electricity needed for the building's operations. An 850 kW solar power plant covers the building's facade and roof. It is also the first building in Lithuania to incorporate a solar power plant of this size into its facade. The IVC building is not connected to the city's heating network. The heating function is provided by 80 geothermal boreholes dug to a depth of 130 metres. The required indoor climate in the laboratories and the research center is ensured by 20 ventilation systems with a heat exchanger. The building is equipped with an energy storage system that allows the heating, cooling and emergency lighting functions to be maintained for 40 days in case of need. It is one of the first zero CO2 industrial buildings in Lithuania.
Solitek use only renewable energy sources in the production of our solar modules and batteries, so they do not emit more than 400 tonnes of CO2 per year. To recycle this amount of CO2, 2,000 trees would need to be planted every year.
SoliTek is a group of companies with other sustainable actions that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Since 2023, SoliTek has started publishing voluntary sustainability reports.

SoliTek Blackstar Series
The SoliTek Blackstar is engineered with N-type, TOPcon bifacial panels, making it the perfect solution for a wide range of applications, from residential rooftops to large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Designed to optimise energy production, combining high efficiency with a full-black design.
SoliTek Magnus Series
The SoliTek MAGNUS is a high-performance, bifacial module specifically engineered for solar parks, ground-mount arrays, and large-scale commercial installations. Engineered with 2mm+2mm glass-glass design, the MAGNUS offers maximum durability and weather resistance, making it ideal for even the harshest climates.
SoliTek Solrif Series
SoliTek SOLRIF® panels are a complete, watertight roof-integrated (BIPV) solution. Designed to replace traditional tiles or slates, the SOLRIF® system utilises a specialised, patented aluminium frame that interlocks to form a primary, weather-proof roof covering. Proudly holding the Cradle to Cradle Gold certification, and manufactured in Europe using 100% renewable energy.
SoliTek Solid Framed Series Agro
The SOLID Agro Framed solar panel is specifically engineered for agricultural applications (agrivoltaics). However, it can also be used in places where partial shade is desired, such as terraces, shelters, and carports. By balancing a 40% transparency rate with advanced N-type TOPCon technology, it creates the ideal microclimate for crop growth while providing a resilient, high-yield power solution.
SoliTek Solid Framed Series Semi-Clear
The SoliTek SOLID Semi-Clear Framed module introduces glass-glass durability and the installation flexibility of a traditional framed panel. Designed and manufactured in Europe, these bifacial modules are engineered for a 50-year lifespan.
SoliTek Solid Frameless Series Semi-Clear
The SoliTek SOLID Bifacial Frameless module is the definitive choice for Building Integrated PV (BIPV) projects where aesthetics and safety are non-negotiable. By removing the traditional aluminium frame, this glass-glass module offers a seamless, minimalist finish that integrates perfectly into verandas, carports, and modern canopy structures.
