SUNNY PORTAL Classic: An end for new systems with Sunny Home Manager 2.0 in Sunny Portal Classic
SMA has announced that starting 17th February 2026, new PV systems with the Sunny Home Manager 2.0 can only be registered in Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS.
New functions, including:
- Battery charging time windows
- Integration of additional PV generators using a meter
- Smart load switching
are only available in the Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS. Therefore, registration of new Sunny Home Manager 2.0 systems in Sunny Portal Classic will no longer be possible.
Existing PV systems with Sunny Home Manager 2.0 that are registered in Sunny Portal Classic can be moved to Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS. In the new portal, you and your customers benefit from a modern interface and a more detailed, always up-to-date energy balance with data in 5-minute resolution.
How to move in just a few steps
- Open https://ennexOS.sunnyportal.com and log in with your SMA ID
- Go to “Configuration” and select “Create system”
- Select “Moving an existing Sunny Portal system with Sunny Home Manager 2.0” and follow the instructions
- Your system will be available in the new portal within minutes
