The Fronius Primo GEN24, single phase inverters, with power of between 3 and 10 kW, is the ideal inverter for private households. Includes an integrated basic backup power supply. Backup power is supplied to connected devices up to 3 kW via the PV Point socket, as long as the sun is shining.

GEN24 units include a power socket that is automatically supplied with electricity in the event of a power outage whilst the sun is shining.

• Automatic activation in case of a grid outage

Active Cooling Technology

Using an innovative fan housing, which is integrated into a recess of a die-cast aluminium heat sink with specially arranged cooling fins.

• Uses MPP algorithm with tolerance of shading 
• Maximum yields even in the case of partial shading

SuperFlex Design

• Potential problems with different roof orientations and partial shade avoided

Monitoring & Communication

• PV system monitoring using Fronius Solar.web allowing system data and potential for optimisation potential visible at all times
• Energy Management using 4 digital I/Os to increase self-consumption
• Open interfaces allow easy integration of third-party components such as heat pumps or Smart Home systems. These include Modbus RTU/TCP SunSpec, Fronius Solar API, LAN, WLAN

Upgrade to GEN24 PLUS

With the Fronius UP.storage* software upgrade, the Fronius GEN24, can be retrofitted with a battery connection at any time, including the Full Backup option.  By combining with a battery, you can get even more out of your photovoltaic system, even at night. Use more of your own electricity and become more independent of electricity providers and prices.
