SMA Comfort Extended Warranties

During the initial factory warranty period, the warranty can be extended – up to 10, 15 and 20 years (depending upon inverter type).

For the selected period, the 'Comfort' Warranty Extension provides:
  • Flat rate service fee for your installer
  • SMA replacement device: costs for a replacement device of equivalent value in regard to product type, kVA power class or age
  • Shipment Processing: shipping of the replacement and return of the defective device is arranged and paid by SMA
  • Online Service via mySMA, 360° App Support and Service Line
