SolarEdge Energy Meter
The SolarEdge Energy Meter with Modbus Connection measures production, consumption and feed-in to enable export control or limiting (supports G-100 in UK).
A wide range of CTs (current transformers) are available to support residential and commercial installations. Connection to the inverter or Control and Communication Gateway is achieved via RS485.
Highlights:
- High accuracy meter readings (up to 0.5%) for production/consumption readings
- Supplies meter readings to the inverter for Feed-in Limitation
- Suitable for residential, commercial and utility-size installations
- Small and easy to install
Safety Note: CTs must never be operated open-circuit (secondary coil wires disconnected) once installed, whilst on a current-carrying conductor, as dangerously high voltages may occur under these circumstances.
