A fast and simple fastening system for self-supporting trapezoidal
sheet metal roofs for use with ProLine or Solo5 rail

Rapid 16 aluminium module clamp system.

This is a modular system for mounting large PV arrays in open areas.  Made with high quality components, it allows easy to erect economical systems with long lifetimes. Ideal for small to medium sized PV plants where the cost of pile-driven supports is prohibitive or not possible.

These roof hooks are faster to install than ever.
They make quick and flexible installation possible by hooking in and fastening with just one Torx pan head screw. The assembly is simplified by first, mounting the screw-on plate on the rafters and then snapping in the bracket afterwards.

Aluminium module-bearing profile rails - standard components of the fastening system. Solo05 for Klick system and compatible accessories.

Used for fastening mounting rails to corrugated roofs. Hanger bolt is screwed through the roof cladding and an adaptor plate bears the mounting rail. A UV-resistant EPDM sealing washer and collar are used to seal the drilled hole.

For placing centrally under under each Base Rail support to protect the roof structure.

Use the lower FixZ support together with the FixZ centre supports (for the east-west direction) or with the upper FixZ profiles (for the south direction).

Designed especially for a safe fastening to corrugated fibre cement or trapezoidal sheet metal roofs on a steel substructure avoiding breakage and leaks.

For flat trapezoidal sheet roofs with less than a 10-degree slope, module installation parallel to the roof is not always optimal, due to low yields and inadequate module self-cleaning.
